This report contains a collection of presentations given by NILU experts to three directors from Ho Chi Minh City, DONRE, Vietnam visiting Norway from 24 to 29 April 2006. The lectures at NILU were related to air quality monitoring, management and data dissemination as performed by NILU. Presentations were also related to the air quality management programme undertaken by the authorities in Ho Chi Minh City.
