Peroxy acetyl nitrate intercalibration. Final report. STEP EV4V-CT90-0222.

PAN (peroxy acetyl nitrate) solutions were distributed from Norway to participants in Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Sweden. After calibration by ion chromatography and other methods, the solutions were returned to the coordinator for recalibration. The errors have been demonstrated to fall within ±15 % for 100 μg PAN/ml solutions, and ±25 % for 10 μg PAN/ml solutions. The report gives an overview of results compared with the intentions of the Work programme.
