User's guide for the "KILDER" dispersion modelling system.

The report contains a description of the Gaussian type dispersion models POINT-KILDER and AREA-KILDER which calculates long-term concentrations from point and area sources. It also contains a description of three supporting programs, READ-FIELD, PRINT-FIELD and SUM-FIELD.
