Air quality databases at NILU. EBAS version 1.01.

A relational database structure has been defined to accomodate both the requirements of the EMEP immision database, the AMAP air quality database, and potential developments of these projects. The fundamental concepts of the structure are presented. The table structure is described. Transfer file formats for input of measurement results are described. A list of exception flags is defined to allow reporting of uncertain results. The reporting system and quality assurance of the data input process is described. Detailed technical specifications for transfer file formats are given in appendices.
