NO2-niv\u00e5et l\u00e5 i perioden p\u00e5 ca. 50% av det maksimale niv\u00e5 som er foresl\u00e5tt som retningslinjer for milj\u00f8kvalitet i Norge. V\u00e6rforholdene i perioden avvek fra det normale. Spesielt var desember, januar og februar kaldere enn normalt.
