The training was conducted by NILU for two experts from the Bangladeshi Department of Environment, Clean Air and Sustainable Environment Program (DoE\/CASE). The specific goals of the training were to strengthen DoE\/CASE Emission Inventory competence to begin work back in Dhaka, where specifically the experts were trained in data collection, top-down inventory, and bottom-up inventory.
