Our research will contribute to a good climate, a healthy environment and sustainable societal solutions. This means that the job is not just a job: What we do during a day makes a difference.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, we believe in a healthy balance between work and leisure. We offer flexible hours, home office agreements, sponsored training and very good pension and insurance schemes. Wages in accordance with agreement. Most of our approx. 175 employees work at the head office in Kjeller, a short train ride from Oslo. We also have offices in Troms\u00f8 and Trondheim.
