The Fritz Sobel award recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of environmental mutagenesis; either a life-time accomplishment or an episodically pace-making contribution to the field of environmental mutagenesis. It was easy to get a YES from Maria when we asked her to jump on a plane to give her talk. Generous as she always is she will travel to Norway simply for this occasion!<\/p>\n Maria Dusinska has been affiliated to The Climate and Environment institute NILU for many years and has been instrumental to the founding of the Health Effects Laboratory.<\/p>\n This Wednesday, March 26th, we will gather at noon in the Auditorium at NILUs headquarters at Kjeller to celebrate Maria and this great achievement, together with everyone joining online.<\/p>\n Join on Teams here<\/a><\/p>\n Invitations has gone out to colleagues in the Nordic and Baltic countries. We are in the process of establishing a Nordic\/Baltic regional society of EEMGS, called Nord-EEMGS. This is to strengthen the Nordic\/Baltic scientific cooperation within the fields of Environmental Mutagenesis and Genomics and increase the visibility of scientific advances and research in our region.<\/p>\n It is highly appreciated if you will take the time to participate in this short survey regarding interest in Nord-EEMGS: Interest survey<\/a><\/p>\n
