Description of the Sigma-coordinate transform in the EPISODE model. Old and new version.

The terrain following vertical coordinate previously applied in the Eulerian grid model EPISODE has been changed. In this report a detailed mathematical description of both the old and the new coordinate system is presented. In addition the necessary code changes for going from the old to the new system is described.
