This report presents all relevant topics to be known and quality requirements to be fulfilled in order to successfully manage an air quality measurement network and its references laboratory. It encompasses all aspects of quality control and provides a full documentation system as well as methods to achieve the generation of quality data. It gathers detailed standard operational procedures together with relevant reporting documents aimed at ensuring a long term satisfying performance of the network instruments installed in Dakar.
