BASELINE ambient air quality monitoring at KPIZ, Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) is a master developer and regulator of ports in Abu Dhabi Emirate. The development of Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone (KPIZ) is one of the major strategic projects undertaken by ADPC. The KPIZ is located at Al Taweelah, midway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi City. The survey aims to establish background AAQ levels at the project site and to compare the measured data with pertinent ambient air quality standards. This report provides a summary of ambient air quality and meteorological measurements carried out during the 6 month period 24 August 2010 to 24 February 2011 which is referred to as Report No. 6.
